The California Air Resources Board (ARB) staff has posted materials regarding the Consumer Products Reporting Tool for Formulators (CPRTF) in support of the 2013 Consumer and Commercial Products Survey (2013 Survey). A formulator is a company or person, other than the responsible party, that holds the ingredient information about a product. A responsible party is the company, firm or establish listed on the product’s label and the party subject to completing the 2013 Survey.
CSPA met with EPA SNAP staff to discuss issues related to the HFC-134a listing status proposed rule. I was accompanied by CSPA member Stefan Volke (Goodmark), whose primary interest is party streamer products, but also addressed many issues relevant to other CSPA members. EPA staff participating included Cindy Newberg, Margaret Sheppard, Rebecca Rebecca von dem Hagen, and others. It was a very positive meeting, and they now understand our positions very well.
